This fast paced and active game provides practice with consonant digraph recognition. It can be played with just the digraphs, or words containing the digraphs. Each player takes turns to flip over a card. If two cards are the same the first player to snap then up, gets to keep the card.
In this fun, interactive activity, words are made by sliding the letter strip up or down the slider. Children get practice in reading words with different spellings, but the same sound – ay and ai.
